The registrar handles bookings, certificate queries and corrections to candidate records. Give your candidate number where possible; otherwise the employer name and your date of birth will locate the record.
Supervisors arranging places for several people, and employers setting up a new account under the scheme, should use the form rather than calling the yard directly.
